Can I have the car mechanically inspected?
It is our absolute mission for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Auto Import allows full pre-buy inspection of all its vehicles from any inspection service you desire. We also recommend and do offer extended warranties.
What can I expect from my purchase?
You can expect great service, a great price and an impeccable car. We aim to describe the car as accurate as possible. We do offer only pre-owned vehicles and by definition our vehicles are not brand new. Most of our offerings are equal to first line vehicles sold in reputable franchised dealerships across the country. In fact, many of these dealers buy our inventory only to turn around and sell it at much higher prices. It is important when buying a used vehicle to understand that it is not brand new - it has been driven a certain number of miles. Our vehicles will be presented with good tires and no known issues unless otherwise stated.
I am out-of-town, how will I get the car?
Auto Import uses a fully bonded and insured transportation service that will deliver the vehicle to your door. The transport usually takes about a 10 days and costs around $700 depending on your location. Vehicle delivery usually take between 1 and 2 weeks. We also welcome you to come to us, many customers book a flight into SFO or Oakland Airport. Should you choose this option, we'll be glad to pick you up from the airport.
